ANSWER:

There is no problem in asking them to keep it low profile as the Prophet salla allahu alaihi wa sallam has advised to be secretive so that we won’t get an evil eye. 

Shaykh my family has seen a guy fr marriage and it’s not yet confrm n they r yet to come and see me but my parents r excited over it and r telling my uncles n aunties about it.i personally feel that it’s too early n to only say when it’s confrmed.but I like to keep things private .am i allowed 2contradict my parents in this though they want 2 tell their siblings?
