You need to be in wudu if you want to read from the mushaf otherwise you can recite from any electronic device if you are not in wudu.

shaykh… i have a shop and most of the time when I am free at the shop, i prefer reading the quran from the mushaf. Is it permissible to read from the mushaf in a state of being without wudhu or must I have wudhu to read from the mushaf?
