ANSWER:

If a Muslim does wudu and does not say Bismillaah, then his wudu is valid, but he is missing out on the reward for doing this Sunnah.

Shaikh, if you forget to say Bismillah out loud or in your mind before doing wudu or remember after you started should you restart your wudu and say bismillah at the beginning or is the wudu valid if said during wudu?
