There is nothing as such in the Sunnah. We are instructed not to urinate or to defecate in the direction of the Qibla but nothing was mentioned regarding the feet pointing to that direction which means that it is permissible.

Shaikh I want to know that some people say that your feet’s face should not be toward Ka’ba. Please tell me is it true in the eye of Islam,?
