ANSWER:

It is not part of the masjid and one can stay there even if she has her menses. The most authentic opinion is that you do not need wudhu for tawaf and saee. 

Shaikh I want to know if area of safa marwa is a part of the mosque. Do we need to be in wudu during saee?
