Salaam alaykoum. We have 19 hour fasts here . Is it permissible to fast with the nearest muslim country or must we carry on with the 19 hour fasts ? Husband finds it’s tough fitting in enough liquids let alone food and has to work in a very warm environment.jazakallah

As long as you have break of dawn and sunset, you must fast accordingly!
