Women are not obliged to attend Friday prayers and hence are exempted from attending it and from the prohibition of selling and buying.  

Restaurants in Pakistan dont close during the Jumma break. Is it permissible for women to go eat there – give them business during Jumah time(from the first azaan to the jamaat)? I read that what ever transaction one makes during those 20-30 minutes is fasid/haram. I always thought this holds true for both men and women. But some people say this is only for men. Kindly explain.
