Mother Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her told us that the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam used to pray 3, 5, or 7 Rak’ah without sitting in them for tasha’hud except in the last Rak’ah.

He told us salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam not to pray witr like the Maghrib prayer.

Prophet PBUH used to pray like this too i.e. not sitting in 2nd rakah? Why he did not point out the difference if he said it should not be similar to Maghrib?
