ANSWER:

Because Quran is Allah’s words and it is heavy when being revealed to the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam.

Allah says: If We had sent down this Qur’ān upon a mountain, you would have seen it humbled and splitting from fear of Allah. And these examples We present to the people that perhaps they will give thought.

Prophet Muhammad (saw) felt hardship when Quran was revealing on him. I heard that sometimes He sweets at the time of revealing. But why?
