This is not authentic.

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Certainly everyone of you has (an opportunity of performing) a Hajj and an Umrah every friday. The Hajj is fulfilled by performing the Jumu’ah salah and the Umrah is completed by anticipating the Asr Salah upon the completion of the Jumu’ah Salah.”(Baihaqi)
