ANSWER:

You should pray it silently for 2 reasons; if this is your 3rd and 4th rakah which by default are silent and because you don’t want to annoy other worshipers who are reciting the Quran as well.

Pls if i miss one rakah of isha prayer, do i need to pray that missing rakah aloud or silent with only fatiha
