This is an innovation and disrespecting the Quran.

Please where I’m coming from,I see mallams who treat people of jinn inflicted ailments and sihr,putting Quran on the patients head for them to carry it while sitted for a while,I want to know if it’s right or wrong

I suffer a lot with either sihir or hassad, I’ve done ruqya a lot but keeps suffering, am I allowed to pray , cry and ask Allah to punish who ever is doing this to me.
