would like to know who is saying these statements in the Quran? Is it the leader of the shayatin, or is it the companion that everyone has from among the jiin ? I Guess that the companion that everyone has is from the offspring of the Leaders among them ? Can you explain

There’s an authentic Hadith which says that every person has a companion from among the jiin and from among the angels. In the Quran shaytaan make a Promise to Allah many times that he will misled the offspring of Adam.
