The wealth and prosperity must be divided by 6 shares; each son gets two and each daughter gets one.

please could you advise if a widowed mother of 4 children passes away and she only owns a house, how does she split the value of this property ie shares?. She has two girls and 2 boys. One of the boys is married and has a family of his own.

We have to receive gratuity of my late dads service and this matter goes to the court for decision.A part of his income goes to his relatives as per shariah.My mom doesnt want that & wants the full gratuity and other income & for this she said she needs to lie.In court i also will be called and might have to witness her statements,is this allowed although i don’t support her actions?
