ANSWER:

This is an innovation hence one must not do it. 

People go to mount hira and pray salat, is there any reward as per sunnah for it or is it an innovation?

After wudu some people look at the sky and show his finger to it and recite dua. is this way doing such and such sunnah? If no what to do just recite the dua without raising the finger and point to the sky?
