ANSWER:

This is an innovation and baseless. 

People bring their bottles of water in the khatam al Quran of taraweeh prayer. The imam blows in each of these bottles. They believe they will get the blessings and healings from the Quran by drinking the water as the recital of the entire Quran is completed that day. Is this from the sunnah?
