The hadeeth is authentic and the feet must be washed. Wiping can be only applied over socks!

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Amr: Once the Prophet () remained behind us in a journey. He joined us while we were performing ablution for the prayer which was over-due. We were just passing wet hands over our feet (and not washing them properly) so the Prophet () addressed us in a loud voice and said twice or thrice: “Save your heels from the fire.” washing areas has to be “washed” it can’t replace by wiping-“mash” I would like to know if the above hadith is authentic?

I would like to ask you one very important question, which i should have asked before. Whenever I pass my urine, after i finish, i get some of the urine drops in my clothes (underwear or in Jeans) as well. I am very much scared because i pray five times and its hard for me to change clothes every time. Please what should i do because i think its some sort of sickness.
