ANSWER:

The prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said that any marriage without the consent of her father is void!

If her father is abusive as she claims, she must go to the muslim ruler or muslim judge or the authorized Imam of the Islamic center and he would look into her case and check whether she is telling the truth or not and then get them married if her father is not fit to look into her marriage.

Your brother is sinful for being in contact with her as any such premarital affairs are totally prohibited in Islam. 

Mybrother like girl our parents wentbuther father denied, the girl says to my brother thather parents are abusive and she wantsto runaway with mybrother, he wants to saveher fromher abusive parents, my parents tried to convince him but he said he loves and can’t leave her there while the runaway idea was suggested by her now if my brother runsaway with her doingnikkah me and parents are sinful?
