Give her the choice of either to have more children or that you take another wife and you will find out that all of her pains have disappeared. 

My wife is 30 years old and we already have a 3 year old girl. My wife experienced extensive labor pain during the birth of our child, which has scared her for life. Also, after the birth of our daughter,my wife was left with unbearable pain in her knees and legs for a quite long time.Now she is afraid to get pregnant again. So in this case , if she gets pregnant again, can we decide to abort.
