ANSWER:

Don’t listen to him as he doesn’t know anything about Islam as he is a blind follower of what his schools of thought tells him. Real muslims follow what Allah and the Prophet salla allahu alaihi wa sallam say. 

My Uncle tells me not to move my index finger during attahiyat because ghair muqallid people do that who don’t understand the hadeeths well. He also tells me don’t read hadeeths and Directly understand becoz it will cause confusion and tells to follow a mazhab than follow sunnat as I might go wrong since there are context behind it. Any Advice Sheik please?
