This is permissible.

My sister earns but i dont earn so if my mom or dad gives me pocket money or any money without giving her will the money be halal for me and can i myself ask for monies from my parents considering the above case?

I am seriously unwell due to four strokes and two brain surgeries left with major fatigue, dizziness and at times forgetful. My brother looks after me full time however my father is very unwell due to old age and requires alot of care from day to night which my brother is finding hard to cope with both of us mentally and physically. Will a father or husband be accountable if he doesn’t allow his daughter/wife to enjoy outside. For example if she wants to go out to park with her friends and father/husband doesn’t allow for no legitimate reason, then will they be accountable before Allah or they can abuse their power as they want and let her be in prison!
