ANSWER:

It should be in accordance with your shoulders but if it makes one uncomfortable then they can stand however way they feel comfortable. 

My question is that how much gaps should be in between two legs, when a woman stands for her salaat? Please answer for both congregation and alone.

I am facing a big problem during my prayers. I say the prayer but always various objects come in my mind.I only recites dua but do not feel or concentrate on prayer.
