ANSWER:

She is not obliged to obey him in severing her kinship. If he orders her to not talk to her family, he is sinful for this and she may talk to her parents or mahrams behind his back. If he is not a good man to be married to and her Iman is decreasing while being with him, this is her choice. 

My question is that can a wife should always obey her husband’s command ? If he wants that his wife won’t talk to her family members then what should a wife do? Further if he says choose any one either your family or me then what should she do ?
