A bottle that costs one dirham yet you pay for it 50 dirhams! This is exactly what the Jews did which made Allah curse them and turn them into monkeys as mentioned in surah 7

My question is regarding taking part in cash raffle draws. Nowadays rather than taking part directly in a draw, we first need to purchase a product like a bottle of water for as minimum as 50 dirhams and you are entered in a draw and if you win you get millions. This is now happening everywhere. Is this okay to take part in it? And if anyone wins by chance what should we do.
