No, you cannot pray the prayer before its time is due nor delay it after the time is finished. You must pray on time as you go to the toilet and have coffee breaks. 

My question is, I leave for office by 10:30am and there’s no scope of offering namaaz in the office by the time I come back it’s very late. And I try to offer my namaaz as soon as I’m home but at times I’m just so tired that I only offer the esha prayer and sleep. So can I offer the zuhr prayer before leaving for office that way I don’t delay it or miss it.
