Wa alaikumsalam wa rahmatallah wa barakatuhu,

You are not obliged to obey him or follow him as this is an established sunnah of the Prophet salla Allahu alahi wa sallam and it doesn’t affect him!

My question is: I had learned to raise hands in salah at every takbeer; but, my husband learned to raise hands only on first rakah at first takbeer. He told me to obey him and to do it his way, trust his guidance. What is correct according to the sunnah and how to explain to him so he does not think I am disobedient? JazakAllahu Khairun.
