It is not shirk but it is an innovation as no one has any right over Allah.

My question is asking Allah in dua that ” oh Allah accept my dua becoz of the position of the messenger with you…. , coz this person is calling Allah not his messenger .is it shirkh or bidah. Someone said its shirk and somebody said its bidah. ?
