This depends on the type of Hajj they are offering.

If they are offering tama’tu or Qiran, they must offer sacrifice

My neighbour has three kids all are under 10 years of age. They are inshaAllah performing Hajj this time. Should sacrifice be given on behalf of children performing Hajj?

I live in Jeddah. I recently performed umrah in Makkah and instead of having a haircut in Makkah, I returned to Jeddah and went to a barber shop in ihraam and had a complete haircut. Is there any kaffarah for doing the haircut outside makkah? I wasn’t aware that the hair cut is mandatory within Makkah boundaries.
