ANSWER:

If she is unable to fast due to the necessity to eat, she is exempted from fasting and must feed a poor person everyday for that day she skipped. 

However, if doctors say that this is temporary until her sugar level is stable, in this case, she shouldn’t feed and should make up for her missed days as soon as it is safe for her to fast. 

My mother is a diabetic patient,One month ago her sugar level was out of control so doctor advised her to take insulin and maintain a balanced diet Alhamdullilah her sugar level is in control now, but she wants To have a fast in Ramadan but doctor advised her not to fast if you have to maintain your sugar level.My question is what she as to do in this situation as per the quaran and Hadith?
