ANSWER:

You must give her whatever the agreement was done on, if she agreed on cash, then you must give her cash as it is solely her right. 

my mehar is 100,000. pakistani rupees which i will give to my wife. only nikaah is done. now i want to know can i give her gold instead this money in cash. and without telling her or is it necessary?

Suppose during aqd nikah mahr is written as 200000 tk, but with the intention that 70000 is obligatory to pay (as husbands capacity is low) and the remaining are optional for the husband, its totally up to him will he pay it or not? Is this type of condition allowed?
