ANSWER:

If you can find a sunnah masjid where the imam prays with tranquility then you should go there.

My masjid prays taraweeh really fast and prays witr like maghrib. Is my prayer valid if my Imam recites Fatiah very fast and unclear? Do I need to pray in different masjid?

In our masjid there is 20 rakaat taraweeh + 3 raakat salatul witr in jamaat. If I attend the taraaweeh jamaat, do I have to stay with the jamaat untill it ends or may I leave anytime I feel like leaving?
