My maa has died out of cancer in 2014.She was a fourth stage cancer patient with kidney problem.Whatever she would eat,used to vomit.She was under treatment then nd i cant remember wheather doctor has told her to abstain from fasting in Ramadan or not.Should I have to fast on her behalf?

ANSWER:
No need to do this, you must give kaffara for each day she skipped in ramadan due to the incurable disease. But if she fell sick all of a sudden and died shortly after without the ability to make up or to know if this was chronic or not, there is nothing on her or any of her relatives.
