Your in laws have no right, none whatsoever over you! They have no right in stopping you from using your phone or anything!

Your husband must man up and provide you a separate house as this is your right in islam. 

My motherinlaw is bing vry aggressive and vile towards me, I’m not allowd to sit with the family eat with the family n also cook for my husband or myself. My in laws doesnt want me to use my own phone in their home & they keep on pressurising me & my husband on this topic even though Ive been really good with them while maintaining my Aqlaaq they keep on taunting me for no reason now the problem is they&my husband are asking me to leave my phone at my parents home (Note:My Husband is in a lot of pressure coz of his family)
