ANSWER:

It is permissible to wipe impurities when it comes out of the private part like urine, wadi or mathi.

However, it is best with mathi to wash it off as well as washing the testicles as per the instruction of the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam.

My husband wants to know when wadhi or madhi comes out, and it is in a very very less amount, can he wipe it out with tissue and make wadhu for prayer? Instead of washing it with water?
