This is an issue dependant on the brothers who recited Quran over him. They know better as they were close to him at that time. The possibility of Jinn being there is possible. They cure is to continue to recite the Quran and offer Ruqyah.

Shakyh can you explain what the evil eye is i would really love to know

I’m suffering from the pains of evil jinn in my body, severe trouble, cannot sit nor eat I have shown to many imaams and they say they cannot remove it, it is very strong, now it is nearly 5 years, please help me give me advise
