ANSWER:

Not every one with debt can receive zakat.

If I buy a mansion and a fancy sports car in installments, I am not legible for zakat.

If your husband is poor or needy, you can give him from your zakat money. Otherwise, this is not permissible. 

my husband is earning well and is looking after his family parents siblings wife But he is in debt. It will take much time for him to repay his debt and there are lots of expenses in upcoming days. I have gold and i have to pay its zakat. My question is can i sell my gold and give my husband zakat money to pay off his debt? Because that money will be solely used to repay loan

I want to know if I can pay zakat to my mother in law for her expenses, my husband does not have savings to take care of any major expense of his mother.
