He must let his brother know very clearly that he won’t come to his house if his wife would come and sit in the same room as they’re are non mahram to each other and it’s prohibited to have mixed gatherings like this.

My husband goes to his brothers house so my husband Can see his kids. His brother know that my husband does not want to sit with his wife in the same room but she stills sit with them and talk to him. Sometimes she sit with them and talk and then come back. Does my husband get Sins because of that.
