...There are no trained male nurses. So the female nurse gave me the vaccination and the nurse intends to request the doctor to give my husband the shot since the female can’t touch him. Is this wrong? Are we cheating by allowing the doctor to do this which is really the nurse job? Or is it ok since there isn’t a male nurse present?

This is ok and there is no cheating.

My husband ans myself were planing to go to hajj. We require vaccinations before travel. In the government own clinic there is a female nurse only but a male doctor.
