as we assume that it will not be possible for us to perform Umrah in such a short notice when we get the permission in first week of November.
Kindly suggest which type of Hajj can we perform Hajj Tamattu or Hajj Ifrad.

There is a third type of Hajj which you didn’t mention and that is Qiran.

In your case, you can offer Tamat’tu on the 1st of November providing that you don’t go back to your house in Jeddah. Otherwise, your Tamat’tu will be void and you will be performing one of the two other types of Hajj.

Qiran is exactly like Ifrad with only two differences; the intention and the sacrifice.

I would recommend that you offer Qiran as this is what the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam performed.
