He should accept Islam immediately and later on quit such sins as he doesn’t know when his time would be. If he dies now, he will go to hell for eternity. 

My friend wants to accept Islam but the only thing holding him back is his sins he says he smokes marijuana and does other sins and wants to accept Islam when he stops. What should he do?
