Sheik can he use this pamper while in Ihram? Will the Umrah be accepted IF some urine comes out without his knowledge? Please advise.

: He can use these papers to prevent the urine from staning his clothes or the masjid. His Umrah is valid and correct but he has to either: slaughter a sacrifice, fast 3 days or feed 6 poor people.

My father is 79 years old and a diabetic. He has to urinate very often, at least once every hour. When he goes on long journeys he usually uses a pamper because at times (not very often) he loses bladder control.
