My family are all christians and when I got married I did not have my father or a walee. I basically married my self off. but I read in a book that I can not marry myself off that I need someone to give me away but what if i dont have anyone at all? I cannot get married? is my marriage invalid??

Your marriage is invalid.
You have to go to the Islamic center and renew the contract as the Imam will act as your Wali.
