My dad reserved a table in a restaurant which they serve alcohol.He asked them to give us a table to be away from ppl drinking.The restaurant tried to,but there were a group of ppl near us who were drinking & at some distance were ppl drinking as well.Am I sinful for being in the restaurant?

ANSWER:

This is not permissible as you would be watching sins being committed next to you without being able to forbid evil and vice and there is no necessity for you to be there! You can take your food as take away and eat it home!

Besides, they serve pork and one is not sure whether they wash the utensils properly or not and whether they cook the food using the same utensils or not!

My husband is officer of electricity of some area.some contractors want him to use their company wires for that they give some money(comision) to him.is this halal money or haram.can we use it?

Sheikh our government here provides loan for its students for higher studies. Is it permissible to take this loan for my further studies.
