My brother is travelling to my country for a visit and is staying at my flat for a month. Is he allowed to stay at my flat? I live with my wife in a 2 bed flat. Our bedroom has an attached bathroom and my brother will have his. If I’m out for work and my brother happen to be at home, is he allowed to stay as long as he remain in his room?
