This is not permissible as it is backbiting, slandering and increases enmity and hatred. 

My 12 year old has his own youtube channel usually he uploads really nice content video but now he is insisting on making a ROASTING video (a video where one youtuber speaks about the mistakes or bad/poor content of another youtuber)for eg his competitor makes ASMR eating videos my son wants to roast him ! Is Roasting on youtube permitted ?
