It seems that they wouldn’t get any reward except what the children do
for them or make Duaa for them.

Muslim parents who have not taught any Islamic teachings to their children. Fortunately by Allah,s rehmat children become very good and poise Muslims . Question is will parents also get reward for aakhirah as sadiqa from children,s good deeds.

My father is not practising Shia. My granddad told my dad to transfer £1,000 to me as a gift. My dad later told me he is going to keep it aside for me as savings which is under his full control (I can’t take however much I like from it). I want to know what Islam says. Is the money my right?
