kaffarah for oath is feeding 10 people my question is a) can I feed 10 different people over 10 days B) can I feed 1 poor person for 10 day c) are both option okay

Salam ,I made a oath and said if I break it I would have to fast for a month ,I broke the oath , my question is do I have to fast from the beginning of the month for example 1st of January to the end of the month 31st of January or can I start any day during the month for example the 7th of January and just fast for 31 days consecutively , also does the fasting for 1 month have to be consecutive ?
