ANSWER:

The best is to stick to the Sunnah and pray the 8 rakats for Tahajjud even if it is short and conclude it with Witr. The best place to make dua is in the sujood of your prayers.

I’ve always wandered which worship I should prioritize before fajr if my time is limited to for example 30 minutes. Prayers, Quran recitation, dua, dhikr, etc. A bit of everything or a lot of some things? Is it better to do more prayers with short surahs or less prayers with longer surahs? Is it okay if I only make dua before fajr time?
