ANSWER:

Allah said in the Quran be not soft in speech, lest he in whose heart is a disease (of hypocrisy, or evil desire for adultery) should be moved with desire, but speak in an honourable manner.

It is said that we should have a high voice and no need to act to be polite when dealing with non mahram but our Prophet saw said that we should be nice to everyone even to our enemies too. Then how should we deal with opposite gender?

Sir Allah says he wnt forgive if we have hurted or wronged others unless that person forgive, so if that person died, or away frm us or not willing to forgive then? And islam erases all sins, a convert also wrongs other and enters islam, his sins are wiped then why not a muslims if he repents to Allah coz lord has said he forgive all in zumar. I loose hope when i read that Allah will not forgive.
