ANSWER:

Saying Aaoozbillahi minash Shaitan nir rajeem is sufficient before starting to recite the Quran when you’re reading from in between a surah and you should not add Bismillah. When you’re starting a new surah, you should also add Bismillah…..except when reciting surah tawbah.

It is essential that when you read the Quran, you should seek refuge in Allah from the Shaytaan, the outcast. My question is, is it okay to say Bismillahi Rahmaani Raheem after you seek refuge in Allah and before you recite/read the Quran and especially saying the Basmala if you continue reading the Surah At-Tawabah if i haven’t finished reading
